Last night, a glittering host of VIPs and friends of Gentleman’s Journal made their way to Isabel in celebration of Malone Souliers’ debut men’s footwear collection. Guests included Amber Le Bon, Jodie Kidd, Tom York, Leo Suter, Sam Rollinson and Paul Sculfor — alongside Malone Souliers founder Mary Alice Malone.
Sipping on Pisco Sour and Negroni cocktails, guests were able to get a first look at the SS20 collection, before enjoying a sit-down dinner at the award-winning Mayfair restaurant. Sharing plates included baked semolina, gnocchi alla Romana, coco de paimpol beans and, of course, Isabel’s famous sauce.
All male VIPs modelled the new collection which perfectly showcases Malone Souliers’ inimitable style. Mary Alice has incorporated key brand features from her enormously successful womens’ range into the men’s collection — such as the double strap detail which has become synonymous with the brand. Female guests also modelled popular styles from the women’s collection.
