Casa Herradura produced this fine tequila in the Sierre-Madre mountain range, and it has been aged for 40 days in oak barrels before bottling. It is distilled from nothing but 100 per cent blue agave plants which are harvested when between seven and 10 years of age, and it has top notes of roasted agave and cedar. Meanwhile subtle notes of honey and dried herbs give it a unique taste.
