Why it pays to invest in the right shoes, from those who know
Footwear is something that needs investment: if you buy cheap shoes, it shows. Shoes get more wear and tear than any other item you’ll own: you most likely wear almost the same pair everyday without fail and they go through hell and back (especially if you live in England), so why wouldn’t you pay good money for a decent pair?
If you invest in the right pair, they should last you at least 5 years. We’ve already spoken about the importance of investing in your style when it comes to pieces like your shirt or suit, but what about an all-important accessory like your shoes? Jason Simmonds, operations manager at Herring says:
