Native Land’s latest residential development brings a new level of luxury to central London living

41 elegant Georgian-inspired residences comprise 100 George Street W1, in London’s Marylebone

Native Land, the globally renowned developer behind some of London’s most acclaimed properties, including Holland Park Villas, Burlington Gate and Cheyne Terrace, has revealed a visionary new development that’s set to raise the benchmark of luxury living in central London.

Introducing 100 George Street W1. Conceived in collaboration with Derwent London and The Portman Estate and designed by Hopkins Architects, the development comprises a collection of 41 Georgian-inspired residences and hotel-style amenities in prestigious Marylebone; a stone’s throw from Mayfair. With Marylebone High Street just a few minutes’ walk away, it counts hotspots such as Nobu Hotel Portman Square, the Chiltern Firehouse and KOL among its neighbours and is encircled by green Royal Parks, including Regent’s Park and Hyde Park.

Each apartment within 100 George Street W1 is designed in keeping with the area’s rich tradition of Georgian architecture, but also manages to evoke the understated elegance of contemporary cosmopolitan life in the capital. Interiors, also designed by Hopkins Architects, are considered and refined, with shaded tones and natural materials and textures of the highest quality creating an air of calm that flows through each space. Each generously proportioned home, ranging from one to four bedrooms, offers spacious entertaining areas and idyllic views. Floor to ceiling windows invite plenty of light, and several residences extend outdoors onto their own private terraces, which serve as tranquil oases away from the bustle of the high street.

Not a single detail has been overlooked in the design of 100 George Street. Residences feature silver travertine bathrooms and grey quartzite kitchen worktops with sawn oak veneer Bulthaup B3 joinery and Miele appliances, while certain apartments also boast an Arabescato marble fireplace.

One of the main drawcards to 100 George Street is its offering of state-of-the-art amenities and social spaces. Designed by Chapman Eugène, these include a fitness studio, treatment room and sauna, library, residents’ lounge and meeting room. A hotel-style concierge and 24-hour security ensures ultimate exclusivity and discretion at all hours.

It comes as no surprise that 100 George Street is Knight Frank’s fastest selling luxury scheme in Prime Central London of 2024, with more than half of the residences sold in just six months, before the project is due to complete in Spring 2025.

“100 George Street W1 has set the benchmark for luxury living in London," says Nicholas Gray, Director at Native Land. "This collection of homes is the true embodiment of what we’re seeing buyers desire when looking to meet their lifestyles. It’s not only about having a beautifully designed home that provides a space to unwind in and first class facilities, but also being located within a charming yet energetic neighbourhood is essential. Marylebone has been a long-favoured location for high-net-worth buyers due to its superb neighbourhood amenity as well as its proximity to Mayfair, and the news that our development is the fastest selling in PCL this year is really an incredibly proud moment.”
