What's to write home about
While all of the V Class can be thought of as suiting a sporty, active lifestyle, the V78 truly epitomises these characteristics. What’s more, it upgrades on both luxury and performance.
That being said, Princess knows that even the most active among us have to come on board for a rest and sip of negroni every now and then, so the interior have also been a focal point for this new model. They have arranged the inside of this yacht so that you can make the most of the hull space without compromising on the performance.
The design
At first glance, this 80ft yacht might seem like a sleek sports yacht but, once you step inside, you realise just how much space and luxury is afforded to the sporting gent who refuses to compromise on the finer things in life. Four large en-suite cabin sleep eight with an additional twin cabin for crew, and the cockpit includes twin sunbeds, a wetbar with a barbecue and a social dining area with a folding teak table.
The performance
If you were thinking all that space means the yacht won’t be able to move rapidly in the water, think again. The V78 comes equipped with a pair o MAN V12 engines that blast out a total of 1900 mhp – that’ll get you and your deep-V hull up to a hair-whipping 39 knots. Pack an extra comb…
